Villa Lupita is a condominium townhouse located in a small complex of only 7 villas. This villa is built in 3 stories with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that can sleep 6 persons (ONE KING SIZE BED AND TWO BOUBLE BEDS).

The first level has 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with one double-beds ( 53' X 79' ), air conditioning, one full bath, and opens onto the common yard area where there is a swimming pool, a wading pool, and a garden.

The second level has a living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a service room, � bath, and parking for 1 car.

The third level has the master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, dressing room, full bath, jacuzzi and terrace

Includes maid service Monday to Saturday, ceiling fans throughout the house, hot water, and cable TV.

Reservations Policy

A 40% deposit is required to reserve the house and the remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time the reservation may be cancelled. Money will only be refunded if the property is re-rented.
