Villa Lalo is a private home located 1 block from the beach Playa Madera in the neighborhood of the same name. This home is built in 2 stories with 4 bedrooms,( 2 bedrooms with a/c ), and can sleep 8 to 10 persons comfortably. |
| The house has a lovely spacious yard, a pool with a fountain and jacuzzi for 4 persons, and a sandbox for the kids. There is a private terrace with a second jacuzzi for one person. | ) |

This vacation rental has a living room, dining room, breakfast area, a service room with bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house. There are 2 televisions with cable TV and a VCR. There is secure parking for 3 cars. The house is staffed with a maid service every day exept sundays.. |

Reservations Policy A 40% deposit is required to reserve the house and the remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time the reservation may be cancelled. Money will only be refunded if the property is re-rented. |
